Science Question:
Do volcanoes in the Tharsis Region form some of the same features as the volcanoes in Kilauea Hawaii?
Main Results:
1) Volcanic features on Earth and Mars are very similar

2) It is very difficult to identify similar features from images, if the images are not to the same scale.

3) There must be something different happening on Mars, because some of the features were not the same.

Period E11 Final Report

Extra Comments:
1) I learned a lot about doing research, and making reports about Mars.

2) It was really fun to use the THEMIS camera

3) It helped me understand better not just about Mars, but planets [in general].
